Kamene Goro and Shaffie Weru Back on radio with a Combine Show on NRG Transist
On April 26, 2023, Kamene verified the information in a post on Instagram.
The program, called NRG Transit, will air on Fridays from 3 pm to 7 pm, according to the former anchor of Kiss FM’s breakfast show.
The pair will co-host the program with well-known DJ Pierra Makena.

After working at Kiss FM for three and a half years, Kamene quit the station in January of this year.
The radio queen was allegedly fired, but she refuted the charges, claiming that her employment had ended because of the expiration of her contract.
She had previously collaborated with Andrew Kibe, the controversial content maker, at NRG.

Shaffie Weru, on the other hand, was sacked from Kiss FM in March 2021 together with his co-host Neville Musya and a well-known DJ named Joseph Munoru alias Dj Joe Mfalme as a result of controversy surrounding their remarks about gender-based violence.
The group was accused of posting offensive comments regarding Eunice Wangari’s situation after she was forced down the 12th floor of a city building by a man she met on Facebook.
