Kirinyaga MCAs Plan On Impeaching Governor Anne Waiguru

A group of Kirinyaga MCAs led by Majority Leader James Kamau Murango filed a motion to impeach governor Anne Waiguru.

The governor is alleged to have broken the constitution by not making a state of a county address at the county assembly.

secondly she is alleged of travel imprests abroad which she denies to have gone.

She is also accuse of using her power to breach procurement of tenders which she denies on her defense.

Governor Waiguru believes that the impeachment motion is political and that it has been sponsored by her rivals.
